What Happens After You Enquire?

 

When people enquire about balloon styling, they often only see the finished photos. What they don’t see is everything that happens behind the scenes before event day.​​​​​​​​​​

Here’s a little look at our process.

Step 1: The Enquiry

Every event starts with a conversation.

We’ll ask about your event, venue, colours, theme and any inspiration you’ve collected. If you already have Pinterest photos or ideas, feel free to send them through!

Step 2: Designing Your Event

This is one of my favourite parts.

We will chat about colour palettes, backdrops, signage and

balloon styling to create a design that suits your celebration.

Step 3: Bringing It to Life

Once everything is confirmed, it’s time to start preparing.

This might include ordering custom signage, printing decals, creating mock-ups, preparing balloon garlands and making sure every little detail is ready before installation day.

Step 4: Event Day

Depending on your booking, I’ll either prepare your Grab & Go garland ready for collection or arrive at your venue to install everything on site.

There’s always a little excitement seeing everything come together exactly as planned.

Step 5: Enjoy Your Celebration

Once everything is in place, it’s over to you.

Whether it’s a first birthday, baby shower, store opening or corporate event, there’s nothing better than seeing people enjoy the finished setup.
