HOW DO I BOOK?

Please complete our booking form with your event details, including date, location, theme and any inspiration images.

We aim to respond within 12-24 hours. During peak periods (Thursday - Sunday), response times may be slightly longer.

HOW AND WHEN DO I PAY?

A 30% booking fee is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM SPEND?

Yes, minimum spends apply depending on the service and location. Helium arrangements begin from $100, prop hire & balloon styling packages begin from $450.

HOW MUCH TIME IS REQUIRED TO SET UP?

Set up typically takes 1-2 hours. For venues, we coordinate directly with your event team to arrange suitable access times. 

Where required, we can complete set up the day prior.

DO YOU PICK UP ON THE SAME DAY?

Pack down is available on the same day until midnight. For later events collection will be arranged for the following day.

​

CAN I KEEP THE BALLOONS?

Balloons are yours to keep after the event. If preferred, we can dispose of them during pack down.

​

HOW DO CANCELLATIONS WORKS?

Booking fees are non-refundable. A credit note may be issued and is valid for 12 months. Full terms and conditions are available on request.

WHAT HAPPENS IF ITEMS GET DAMAGED?

In the event of damage, replacement fees will apply.

​

CAN SET UPS BE OUTDOORS?

Due to Melbourne's changing weather conditions, we recommend indoor setups to ensure stability and quality. We reserve the right to move setups indoors if conditions are deemed unsafe.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

Direct bank transfer, EFTPOS and Paypal + Square (conditions apply).

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?

Yes, a copy of our current certificate can be provided upon request.

Approximate dimensions of our most popular items:

• Arch backdrops: 1100mm x 2000mm & 1100mm x 1800mm

• Sail backdrops: 1100mm x 1800mm & 1100mm x 2100mm

• Candy Cart: 1200mm x 1800mm x 600mm

• Plinths: 500mm, 700mm and 900mm (300mm - 400mm diameter)
