Terms & Conditions

Booking Fee

A non-refundable booking fee of 30% is required to secure your event date.

As we take on a limited number of bookings and begin planning and preparation upon confirmation, this fee reserves your date in our calendar and covers initial time, design and administrative work.

Bookings are not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.

The remaining balance is due one week prior to your event date.

Hire & Setup

Our team will deliver and professionally install your setup to ensure it is presented as intended. Once installed, we kindly ask that items are not moved or altered, as this may affect both safety and overall styling.

Please ensure clear access to the venue and designated setup area at the agreed time.

Care of Hire Items

All hire items remain the property of MC Supplies Co Pty Ltd.

Clients are responsible for ensuring items are:

  • kept in a safe and secure environment

  • used only for their intended purpose

  • protected from damage, weather and misuse

Items should not be placed in unstable areas, exposed to water, excessive heat or outdoor elements unless discussed prior.

Design, Mock-ups & Colour Matching

Digital mock-ups are provided as a visual guide to the overall concept, layout and colour palette of your event. Final installations may vary slightly due to the organic nature of balloons and the styling process on the day.

Colour matching is not an exact science. Colours may appear different across digital screens and devices, and variations can occur due to material finishes, paint availability and mixing processes.

We take great care to create a cohesive and balanced final result, selecting tones that complement each other and align with the overall design vision.

By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and accept these variations.

Damage, Loss & Cleaning

Hire items must be returned in the same condition they were delivered. 

Damage, loss or excessive cleaning requirements may result in additional charges or partial/full forfeiture of the bond.

This includes damage caused by:

  • improper handling

  • weather exposure

  • incorrect packing or storage 

 

 

Collection & Pack Down

 

All items must be ready for collection at the agreed time and location.

Where items are not accessible or require additional time to retrieve, further charges may apply.

 

Outdoor Installations


​For outdoor events, clients must ensure a suitable backup plan is in place. 

Outdoor setups are subject to approval prior to your event. We carefully assess factors such as weather, location, surface and overall suitability to ensure the safety and presentation of your installation. Outdoor installations are best suited to covered or sheltered areas.

 

Weather conditions such as wind, heat or rain may impact the structure and longevity of balloons. Where conditions are not suitable, we reserve the right to modify, relocate or decline the setup.
 

 

Changes & Cancellations

 

Due to the preparation involved in each booking (including sourcing materials, pre-inflation and custom work), changes or cancellations require a minimum of 14 days notice.

 

Booking fees are non-refundable.

 

Where work has already commenced, additional costs may be incurred.
